OMSA 8.3 for Ubuntu lacks racadm tools

Hi,

We are upgrading OMSA from 7.4 to 8.3, but found
the new OMSA does not contain iDRAC administration tools
such as idracadm7.

It seems that OMSA 8.3 for RHEL contains racadm tools:
http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/DSU_16.04.00/os_dependent/RHEL7_64/srvadmin/

Why these tools are missing for Ubuntu/Debian?  Is it a packaging issue?
