LSI/Avago MegaRAID 2g 9361-8i vs PERC H730P?

Hi everyone,

I'll be upgrading a T410 running an LSI 9271-8i to a faster 12gbps HBA 
(mostly because of SSD's). I'm comparing both of the above HBA and the 
differences I spotted are:

MegaRAID 9361-8i:
- Better General purpose firmware (larger queue depth).
- firmware is updated more often.
- more device support.

Dell PERC H730P:
- Larger Heatsink and better heat dissipation.
- somewhat less expensive on ebay (china?).

Is there one you'd recommend in particular? The T410 I'm looking at 
upgrading is not under warranty anyway..

Alternatively, Could an H730P be flashed to a generic LSI firmware?
