Consider releasing separate tarballs for userspace and kernel components

Hi all,

currently, the released tarball contains both the kernel and userspace 
tarballs.

As the kernel components are close to being mainline, it would make 
sense IMO to release them separately from now on.

This would allow users to download only the userspace parts if they have 
already installed the kernel module. It would also ease packaging as I 
am currently

working on getting the userspace components provided as official Debian 
package.
