V505AX Modem

Hi everyone, I have a vaio v505ax and have been able
to configure everything but my internal modem, its a
conexant ac-link hsf.  I downloaded the drivers from
the linuxant site and installed them but I
continuously receive 'the modem is busy' signal.  Has
anybody configured a v505 modem or a similar one and
got it working?  If so I would love to know how so I
can get mine working.  my config files can be found at
