Hallo John,

first much thanks for your help and work and my laziness. I lost my 
manual on my last holiday :-) and searched on google only for "r600hfpd" 
and not "pcg-r600hfpd". The results are very different. Now i found a 
few shops which sells this memory. But I am very wondering about the 
limit of 384 MB, because you doubt the limit and the onlineshop says 
that you can upgrade to 640MB ram with an 512MB SD-RAM PC133 memory 
DIMM-Module. What is right and why should sony talk about a limit?? Or 
is it possible that this laptop can only handle the first 384MB????

Do you know anything about this strange different opionions/technical data??
