I had difficulties to get one too. I finally got in touch with someone
at http://ssl.conector.fr/index.php3, who could (with difficulties too)
get his hands on one. If it helps, it was referenced as CADV3-01.5
(designation AV Stereo 3 RCA 1m50) and costed me around $16. It works
(could use it with Windows) but I don't know how to use TV-OUT in Linux.
