gentoo 2.5.7x power management script

Hi all. In case anyone wants it, I wrote a script to auto-control CPU
speed and monitor brightness for my laptop. It is for the 2.5.7x kernel
series. I posted some info on it at this thread:

Hope some of you find it useful. Improvements and suggestions are
