Wow, thanks Greg. Now to convince them to take it and fix it. ARGH ;) Called them this morning, couldn't get pas the tech 1's, they told me to whipe my drive reinstall Win2k -- I told them I already did that, they told me to do it again. Time before they told me to reset my BIOS. I suspect both times it'll stop from doing it for a few weeks then start up again. At least it isn't smoking or anything silly like that. I suspect I'm going to just give up, put in my Win2k drive, then send it in while I'm on vacation. See if I can get them to do a delayed return on it so it returns once I'm back.. That'd be nice. Jay
