Re: GR390 keyboard

Thanks to Ryan and John for the help :)

The screw that was keeping the grill on was hiding itself cleverly under
a little rubber gasket in plain view.  It's the plain sight thing that
always gets me ;)

Anyway, I've got the keyboard off and a replacement on it's way. 
Speaking of which I found a nice cheap site for replacement Sony
copmuter parts:  http://www.sonyspareparts.com/

I had found one replacement keyboard for ~$109 but this site was
carrying it for $53 :).  Looks like you could effectively build your own
Vaio from the parts they have listed... you just would have to figure
out how they all went together ;)
