How are we supposed to help with that little information?

Installing nvidia's driver is usually easy and straightforward, so if it
doesn't work, either there's some reason specific to your laptop, or you
made a mistake at some point. Unfortunately, if you don't tell us what
you did and where the problem is, there's nothing we can do to help you.
