You know, I've had devices that have had Memory Stick adapters for a long
time (Sony camcorders and laptops) and I've never even thought about using
it. Well, not until recently when I bought a Sony Clie NZ90 and wanted to
move some of the pictures off of it.
So I've got a VAIO GRX670 laptop with a built-in Memory Stick reader and
for the life of me, I can't determine whether or not Memory Sticks are
supported in linux.
I've found this bit in linux/drivers/pci/pci.ids:
104d Sony Corporation
8009 CXD1947Q i.LINK Controller
8039 CXD3222 i.LINK Controller
8056 Rockwell HCF 56K modem
808a Memory Stick Controller
So I don't know if that means that it _is_ supported or what. Anyway,
just wondering if anyone on the list has had any luck with the Memory
Stick in linux.
Cheers,
Mark
