Huh?? I had no problem with this, just set your refresh rates manually in the XF86Config for the monitor. The laptop display will ignore these anyway. In fact, I just plugged in a nice big monitor and it worked. I have not had time to fiddle with the Dual Head capability of the Radion 75 chipset yet, but slaveing an external monitor was a no-brainer. Finding an external that could do 1600x1200, was a bit trickier, and I had to back down to 1280x1024.
