More on Radeon M6 LY

As far as the rhl-devel people are concerned getting this card to work on
redhat is at the bottom of their list. As long as people can use X without
opengl at its best they really are not interested on working on it. I
talked to some other people about it also and they are not too interested
in the card either. The usual response is let me borrow your laptop for a
year and maybe I will get it to work. That is something I am unable to do.
I would hack it myself if I had the skills. ATI is not much help either. I
am sure we do not have to go into details with them. Heh. SuSE Devel was a
bit nicer about it than the rhl people. They told me to keep bugging ATI
until they release drivers for the card.
