Keyboard map tweaking

I'm used to have Meta, Compose/multi keys on the useless Windows keys on
my classic PC and I would have the same layout on my Sony GRX516MD
laptop. Unfortunately the mapping does not work on my laptop. I guess it
is a general laptop keyboard issue indeed.

On classical keyboard I use in my XF86Config-4:
- for French keyboard:

What could be such an equivalent for a laptop keyboard?
xkeycaps does not seem to have such keyboard layouts...
