If Windows (not Linux) needs a hibernation partition, it should be 
already there, so just don't mess with it. Then, you can probably shrink 
the Windows/FAT partition (backup everything first) and you will need at 
least 2 more partitions, one for Linux filesystem and other for swap 
(between the size of your memory and two times it). This will be the 
basic layout.
