Hi,

I run FC4 on a Canadian A70 (Pentium IV, Phoenix BIOS, Radeon 9100 video)
and have pretty much everything working except one important feature: sleep
(S3) to RAM.

I know that there are issues with the DSDT, I probably have fixed. I also
know there are issus with getting the radeon card going again. When I go
into sleep mode, the power button pulses as expected. When trying to wake
it, the computer makes some noises (CD is powered) but the screen remains
blank etc.

I am not convinced the problem is with the graphics card. After executing
the suspend:
#!/bin/sh
# Suspend
echo mem > /sys/power/state
# Come back...
echo "trying to come back `date` " >/root/resume.debug.`date`

I never even get any commands to work i.e. it seems to me the sleep script
is not even executed upon resume. Does any one know what the issue is ? Does
any one have sleep working on an A65 or A70 ?

Much appreciated

Gertjan
