You can also contact the kernel mailing list directly but I think that your distribution will contact them if your information is relevant. Please, let us recall that "It should work" (TM). If it doesn't work, then it is a hardware problem or it is a bug. If you went through all this trouble and were skilled enough to find a successful solution, don't let your work wasted in some obscure howto. Report the Fcuking Bug!
