Hi Amit, I have M55-S325 laptop and it also has Marvell ethernet chipset. In Linux or FreeBSD Marvell ethernet did not work on my laptop. Try going to Marvell site you will get some linux drivers but it did not help me in getting ethernet driver work. But the wireless lan driver worked without any problems. The laptop has Intel pro 2200BG wirless chipset and it worked in MEMPIS, KNOPPIX and FreeBSD6.0 with out any problems and this is the only connectivity i have now and its pretty stable.
