Yeah, I know. But perhaps he doesn't know how to ask questions properly. 
It is something that can be learned with good will.

However, the worst thing that a person can do is to find the answer and 
just forget that people were trying to help him and never come back and 
never say anything else. That is definitely wrong and egoistic.

So you are right, I will stop this until there is some answer.
