Well that's what I'd call the right spirit:
You had posted a problem which didn't find any solution on the ML,
you eventually found the solution yourself and you come back and
let us share your joy (and with it the solution, even though some
time has passed).
Even better would be, as has been discussed in this ML, if in
such case a note like [SOLVED!] would be added in subject (espe-
cially helpful for people searching in the archives)!
