[tlinux-users:07760] Recompiling kernel to enable the Toshiba bios stuff?

Hi

I am running FC5 on a Toshiba Tecra S1 - which has a Toshiba BIOS. 
Suspend/Hibernate work fine but the full acpi support requires that the 
kernel be recompiled with the toshiba stuff enabled. It's ages since I 
have recompiled kernels and I was wondering if there was a guide around 
taylored to Fedor Linux that would hold my hand somewhat through this 
process so I am not groping in the dark!
