I am starting to get upset with this M400. When I tried to change the BIOS setting from RAID (which is practically useless since I have only one drive) to JBOD an error message was displayed indicating that I needed to enter a key from the manual. It did not say which manual or whether or not it was an electronic manual. I booted into XP and dug through the RAID manual (after having checked the paper docs I received) and found no key. I did, however, find a warning stating that Windows would not boot from JBOD. So: it would seem that I am at an impass. I want to try JBOD mode to see if I can load Linux, but I also want to keep a small-ish XP partition. Is there any way to get Linux loaded on this machine, or do I return it?
