Look in the lower right corner of the screen when booting for the
Phoenix logo. The fact that the update is on the Toshiba site does
not tell you if it is a Toshiba or Poenix BIOS. Because the BIOS is
specific to the hardware of a machine, updates are normally found on
the manufacturer's site, and not the BIOS site.

To check if you have the toshiba_acpi module, open up a terminal,
and run "sudo /sbin/modprobe toshiba_acpi". If it complains that it
could not find toshiba_acpi.ko, then the module was not built. If
you get an error from the module, then you have it, but it will not
work on your computer.
