I get these unique keycodes on an A70-KL1 (Toshiba Canada):
setkeycodes e013 147    # CD
setkeycodes e059 148    # increase brightness
setkeycodes e06e 149    # lock
Also, keycode e01f is mouse pad on/off.

The remaing keys that generate codes are already known to the kernel.

They come out in X as:
 - Mute, X keycode 160.
 - Lock, X keycode 151.
 - Suspend to RAM, Suspend to Disk: no key events, no kernel messages
 - Dim, X keycode 239
 - Bright, X keycode 151

Unfortunately I don't know the mapping between kernel keycodes and the X
keycodes.
