Recently I bought one laptop Toshiba a A105-4014, and I installed you some Linux distributions on the PC ( like Ubuntu 6,06, SuSE 10,1) and none ove them functioned perfectly. The Suse for example didn t identified the SOUND very well and didn't sound good. In the Ubuntu everything was perfect even the biometria (Fingerprint reader), but i had problems to mount the CD/DVD, It didn[t mount nor automatically, nor manually (using mount function). I found this program very interesting, that adds the functionality of the Fn shortcuts. As I was searching the web and i discover this mailling list, I registered in (this is my frist mail). So here is mine questions: It is possible to create a version of the Ktoshiba for Gnome? or already exists one? I have preferency in using debian's baseds (and the new Gnome) for the fact of always I will be brought up to date (more than the Debia Stable it self). I want to count on you guys for any eventual problem that stops me appearing OBS: which distribution you guys use? there is some one that has a Toshbia from the serie A105 functioning 100%. Thanx Sorry about my inglishh Im from Brazl and i do not practice for a long time, so problib has a lots of erros. Marcel
