The Fn-FX keys work only if the toshiba or toshiba_acpi kernel modules are
loaded.

KToshiba depends on the toshiba kernel module in order to work as expected.
To load the module (as root) you need to specify the Fn key port like this

modprobe toshiba fn=0x62
(or modprobe toshiba fn=0x68)

I have a Toshiba M45-S355 and is impossible modify brightness with Fn+F6

The  Fn-FX kes don't  generate any X or kernel keycodes, they are handled
directly from the kernel modules
