You need set pci. Try this:

# lspci
05:06.3 Mass storage controller: Texas Instruments PCIxx21 Integrated
FlashMedia Controller

Use this numbers (05:06.3) shown by lspci. Maybe this numbers is
diferent in your hardware, so don't use the same number that me (05:06.3).

# setpci -s 05:06.3 4c.b=02

Change only the number shown in YOUR lcpi (05:06.3).

Now, load mmc_block and mount your SD Card Device.
