all distros use module toshiba (or toshiba_acpi) to make Fn-Fx work.
If this modules don't work, It's impossible make Fn-Fx work in your (and
my) laptop.

I have a Toshiba BIOS (when I turn-on the laptop, is shown TOSHIBA red
logo and NOT Phoenix), but the module toshiba_acpi don't work.

SD Card have a *experimental* suport in kernel 2.6.17.x
It's work very fine in my multi-reader card (I tested only SD Card).
