Ok Now that we now the offending feature I will no
longer delay the new version release. blank feature
will be disabled for ectype 13 laptops.

Yes I am implementing the Toshiba technical documentatons
for Tecra S1 which I was told to be compatible with Satellite M40.
I seems to work a least on a Tecra S1. The fact it refuses to work
for you probably means that the specification are not 100% compatible
with you M45.
