Hi Chris, So I did the following: - disassembled dsdt, - modified the code, - made it compile, - added the dsdt.hex file to my 2.6.17 kernel, - built the kernel, - created an initrd image with mkinitrd --dsdt=dsdt.ml - updated lilo.conf - restarted with the new kernel - updated alsa-drivers, alsa-lib, and alsa-utils to 1.0.14-rc1 But no sound =( Mine is a PSPA3C-JR100E On 12/20/06, Chris Bailey <[email protected]> wrote: > > For those who have had no luck in getting the audio working on the > P100 line of notebooks, it appears that the necessary components are > finally coming together.
