Hi Abhishek! Happy new year :-)
I don't know how you can install a new module (or a new Kernel) while
you install your Red Hat.

Laptopts have very new hardwares and is necessary use new kernels too.

I never made this, but I think that is possible:

- - Install your RHEL in external USB HD (in your laptop).
- - Compile a new kernel (>= 2.6.18.2)
- - Configure your lilo/grub inserting this new Kernel
- - Use tar (with a live CD) to save all root structure of your installation
- - Use tar to move all structure to your SATA HD
