Wow, plenty of errors. It seems you simply untar your kernel version,
but instead, you should install the kernel-sources and kernel-devel
packages of your distribution for your current kernel version. That's
why:

Makefile:476: .config: No such file or directory

and

cc1: error: include/linux/autoconf.h: No such file or directory

That files are normally present if you have really compiled and
installed your kernel.
So try to install the proper packages for your distribution.
