Isn't there a problem here, that Windows Vista/Office won't let you save any document in any format that isn't proprietary to Microsoft?

I also have a Satelitte.
Windows Vista has an excelent (and that all it has) hard disk manager. You can use that to resize your hard disk.
What I'm used to do is to create 4 partitions:
1 Windows (already there)
1 Linux
1 swap linux
1 fat for all data

Additionally, I point the folder "My Documents" fo The WinVista to the data partition. However I do not install the home in this data partition. I simply ignore the folder home...
It makes me able to use my data in Linux and Windows.

I installed Fedora 7 and everything is perfect. However I dont know how to configure the sound card. So, I dont have sound... Thats the reason I use the WinVista, to VoIP calls.
