Even I'm not a developer, It is totally clear that to get support from  
FACTORY is  a key point to succeed  good  products developments by LINUX 
community.
I guest that Toshiba and their partners will do it.
Frankly speaking if I have the chance to choice purchase a Laptop 
without installed Window$ I'll do it, maybe a lot of Linux users too.
