Not true :-) This laptop (M45-S355) have a TOSHIBA BIOS, not Phoenix Bios. This module (toshiba_acpi) is too old and don't work in most recent laptops (> 3 years). So, we can't use multimedia keys (none key is recognized by xev) and can't use Fn+Fx keys to change brightness, change video output, change sound volume, etc. As comment in past, if you don't support Linux, so provide datas to developers do that!
