Then let's bug Toshiba directly about it. Since they don't seem to care much
about what happens on this ML, maybe getting to their root tech support
will help.

Although, I for one though haven't been able to find that tech support
yet... At one
point I almost took the laptop into service, due to VT support being
disabled in
the bios. I'm sure it wouldn't have made a difference, but at least
I'd have made
a stand :) But well.. that's not much of an option since I'm tied to
this machine
with work.
