Hi, We are running a LAMP cluster doing 15 million hits/day and about 90GBytes/day. The cluster consists of 2 redundant Ultramonkey loadbalancers and 4 dual Xeon webservers. The loadbalancers are single P4 servers with 256 MB memory each. The webservers are dual Xeon with 2GB memory each. The cluster is coping perfect with this kind of traffic. Not anyway near their limit. Loadbalancer load for example is reading 0.14, 0.11, 0.09 and cpu usage is not even mentionable.
