Re: Do I need UM if I'm on CentOS 5?

As to why there's no more UM development, I can't say for sure.  But, 
that would be my guess.  I found it to be the same with Fedora Core 6 
(and probably earlier version too) that all the required packages were 
already easily available through the usual download channels.
