VIP disappear

Hi,

I have installed ultramonkey on my IBM server which is running on redhat ES 3.0 
with kernel 2.4.20 smp. The VIP can be ping once heartbeat is started up. 
However, it cannot be ping after a while. 

I have stopped the arptables by typing "arptables_jf stop" and the virutal IP 
appear. However, I know that the arptables is necessary for ultramonkey to work 
propertly. 

I have tried the same set up on my two intel PC running the redhat linux 
without any problem. 

Is there any way I can solve this problem? Thanks a lot for your help.
