UM and Asterisk

Can someone tell me the challenges with asterisk and UM?
I have this config in my ldirectord.conf
virtual=65.125.224.155:5060
fallback=127.0.0.1:80
real=65.125.224.152:5060 gate
real=65.125.224.153:5060 gate
service=none
#request="index.html"
#receive="Test Page"
scheduler=rr
#persistent=600
protocol=tcp
checktype=negotiate
Is this right? Do I need to bind the SIP to the virtual IP instead of 0.0.0.0??
Anyone? HELP!.. ☺
