load balance 3 wan connections possible?

Hello everyone, please forgive my stupid question but i have 3 wan 
connections to the internet and have been going insane trying to setup 
simple outbound load balancing for the 3 connections. I am far from a linux 
expert and was curious if anyone knew if ultramonkey was capable of doing 
what i am looking for? Thank you for any help in advance!
