The like above does describe how to use LVS-DR.
The link you give below, also provides information on
setting up LVS-DR. As does the LVS HOWTO and mini-HOWTO, 
which can be found at http://www.austintek.com/LVS/LVS-HOWTO/

Note that LVS-DR is sometimes refered to as gate
and LVS-NAT is sometimes refered to as masq.
