Two seperate heartbeat

Hi,

Is there any way to run two seperate heartbeat and two ldirectords on a server? 
My configuration is consisted of 2 servers. Each server has two network 
segment. I want to use seperate heartbeat to monitor each network segment. 

It is such that ethernet card problem on a particular server will trigger the 
related ldirectord to be started on another server.

I can see that heartbeat read the configuration file ha.cf, haresources located 
at /etc/ha.d . Is there a simple way to let the other heartbeat to read 
configuration file in another directory? Thx.
