Thanks, I fixed up the documentation with the missing "75".

As for killing heartbeat, well, now I come to think of it,
both starting and killing should be handled by installing 
the package, which should call update-rc.d correctly.
But its probably best to just change the documentation to
the following to be on the safe side.

/usr/sbin/update-rc.d heartbeat start 75 2 3 4 5 . stop 05 0 1 6 .

The above is what the package does, so there shouldn't 
be any weirdness.
