Hi Horms,
 
  We want to install highavailability and load balancing for our two debian servers.Presently both servers are assigned public ipaddress and these ipaddress are pointing to DNS server.
 
   Please help me what is the requirements,How to proceed with this project.

I'm really not clear on what information yu need beyond

"The Extrenal Virtual IP Address", needs to be contactable by your
end-uesers. If they are on the internet at large, then that means
it needs to be a publicly routed address.

All the other addresses can be private, though its usually
simpler if the addresses in the external network (192.168.6.2,
192.168.6.3 and the The Extrenal Virtual IP Address, 192.168.6.240),
are on the same IP network.
