Apache is really simple to configure, just install it on each node and 
configure all web server as real servers in ldirectord.

For Mysql you have two options: add Mysql to the heartbeat configuration 
as a resource that can migrate to a working node in case of failure (for 
the data files you'll have to either replicate master/slave and have 
heartbeat correctly change the master/slave status when migrating the 
resource from one machine to the other, or use a shared disk on a SAN 
and mount the disk from the master node), or use Mysql native clustering 
(new in 5.0).

For the details (save for the apache config which is really easy) I hope 
someone with more experience helps you.

We're about to install a Apache+ZopeDB cluster in streamline 
configuration (HA for DB and LB for web) but we haven't yet tackled the 
details of the script for migrating the DB in HA.
