Yes, ldirectord (include in UM3) support load balancing & HA with
virtual host, ip addresses with http

real server support mutliple ip addresses (virtual or not).

I suggest that you have a look to the documentation on the website
ultramonkey.org because I think that you didn't understand the concept
and the samples.
