Hi. I wonder if there is some way to verify the ldirectord.cf syntax? I bumped in to problems on a automatic failover: ldirectord[21111]: Exiting with exit_status 2: config_error: Configuration Error ResourceManager[20455]: ERROR: Return code 2 from /etc/ha.d/resource.d/ldirectord My only guess is it could by because the accidental doubble instans of logfile. # Global Directives checktimeout=10 checkinterval=5 #fallback=127.0.0.1:80 autoreload=yes logfile="/var/log/ldirectord.log" logfile="local0" quiescent=no Is there some way to check if the syntax is correct? The realy odd thing in my opponion is that I never had any complaints about this probably incorrect syntax doing manual failovers of the cluster. I would say it is really unfortune it appears when it is for real... this prevents the failover from happening (or atleast delays it for a loong time).
