ultramonkey and transparent squid

simple question :

Has anyone successfully managed a transparent squid proxy and load balancing 
with ultramonkey?

Personnaly, I know how to run a transparent proxy, I can load-balance a proxy 
with ldirectord in ultramonkey, but not a transparent one. I've tried for 
days and days...
