Ultra Monkey as Distribution?

Do you think that Ultra Monkey will ever be available as a distribution
similar to IPCop?

I like IPCop's easy install and web-based configuration tool. 

IPCop and Ultramonkey seem to have similar purposes.

Will this ever happen?
